Jeremy Macvean is the Director of Radiate and responsible for bringing it all together.
Jeremy has worked in Strategy and Account Management roles in agencies and he’s also sat in the client’s chair, as Group Marketing Director of SCA and Global Chief Marketing Officer at Movember. He’s started his career in traditional media, while focusing more recently on digital media and managing the rapid transformation often demanded within businesses. Luke Benedictus has spent almost 20 years working for magazines, newspapers and websites. He is the editor of Men’s Health, Australia’s biggest men’s magazine brand. Previous lives include working as launch editor of Dazed & Confused (Au) and stints at The Age, The Sunday Age, The Sun Online (UK) and Eurosport (France). Having grown up in England, he moved to Australia in 2002 where he now lives with his wife and two young boys. He was compelled to have children primarily to justify his weak puns and lousy sense of humour.
Specialities: editorial leadership across print and digital, brand building, strategic partnerships, developing print, digital, video and native content, consumer communications, writing features and columns.

Peter (Doogie) Chapman is a freelance creative who has enjoyed a long and storied career at some of Australia's leading advertising agencies, including Cummins&Partners, M&C Saatchi, GPY&R, CHE and Clemenger BBDO.Working on various local, national and international brands, he has been recognised at every major industry award show including Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clio, LIA, ADMA and AWARD (where he either won pencils or received finalists for 10 years in succession).
Every agency he has worked at has been awarded either B&T, AdNews or Mumbrella Advertising Agency of the Year.
He has lectured at Copy School, Ad School and AWARD School. Additionally, he has also judged at AWARD on multiple occasions.
Skilled in Digital Strategy, Photography, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, and Branding & Identity.
Strong arts and design professional graduated from Frawley College.
