Jeremy Macvean LEADS Radiate

Over 25 years experience in marketing and communications. Specialising in strategy and brand communication to deliver positive change.

Jeremy has worked in Strategy and Account Management roles in agencies and he’s also sat in the client’s chair, as Group Marketing Director of SCA and Global Chief Marketing Officer at Movember. He started his career in traditional media, then shifted focus to digital media and managing the rapid transformation often demanded within businesses. And he’s worked across a huge array of sectors, with a recent specialisation in health and wellbeing. Learn more here.

  • SOPHIE WHITE

    Sophie enjoys playing a key role in enabling businesses to thrive, amplifying their brand voices, and transforming their visions into measurable outcomes. In her professional journey, she's developed expertise in project and event management, refined capabilities in marketing and communications, and fostered strong relationships with stakeholders. Sophie thrives on ideation, data interpretation, and crafting impactful strategies. Those who've worked alongside Soph praise her resourcefulness, optimism, and initiative.

  • LUKE BENEDICTUS

    Luke Benedictus has spent almost 20 years working for magazines, newspapers and websites. He is the editor of Men’s Health, Australia’s biggest men’s magazine brand. Previous lives include working as launch editor of Dazed & Confused (Au) and stints at The Age, The Sunday Age, The Sun Online (UK) and Eurosport (France).  Having grown up in England, he moved to Australia in 2002 where he now lives with his wife and two young boys. He was compelled to have children primarily to justify his weak puns and lousy sense of humour.

  • POPPY KEY

    A seasoned brand, retail and digital marketing pro, Poppy has worn many different marketing hats over the years. Working both in adland and heading up marketing departments, Poppy has worked on some of Australia’s best-known brands such as Schweppes, Yoplait, Pura, Kmart, Portmans, World Vision & Australia Post. Poppy’s superpower is that she is equally commercial, strategic and creative. With a proven track record, she achieves results through leading teams to develop and execute seamless and effective omni-channel marketing campaigns. Poppy’s last role was as GM of a boutique ad agency and where her passion for leading an agency was lit.

  • GLENN DALTON

    A proven creative leader with a career spanning over 20 years, Glenn has worked at some of Australia's most respected network and independent agencies, including CHEP, AJF Partnership and Hardhat. His strategic thinking and creative writing have shaped campaigns for dozens of blue chip and challenger brands including Dare Iced Coffee, Sorbent, Target, Holden, Boags, Sensis, Superhero and Grove Juice. 

    Glenn’s work has been recognised at local and international award shows, although he thinks the real measure of success is when mates outside the industry – you know, normal people — like your work. 

    He believes in the power of brands to make an impact, not just an ad. But if you are going to make an ad, don’t just put it on air or on a phone, put it in people’s heads and hearts — the media’s cheaper.
